Works on securing the foundation pit and foundation of the building
The building permit was approved on November 3, 2017
– The first phase was completed: the end of 2018 (protection of the foundation pit and foundation (piling of 600 f1000 piles at a depth of 39 m and construction of a diaphragm retaining wall along the entire perimeter of the plot at a depth of 25 m),
– Second phase phase 2018-end 2019 – construction of two floors of the shopping center (ground floor and mezzanine)
– Third phase 2020 – by the end of 2022 construction of 27,000m2 – rough work and construction of three residential buildings with 9 floors each with 300 apartments
– Final works 2022 to the end of 2023 – facade, interior works, electricity, water, installations, sprinkler installations, thermal installations, fine works, ceramics, painting and complete interior decoration and development of the Spa center 3500m2 with 2 swimming pools
– Arrangement of the infrastructure around the building and road

Construction technology and foundation of buildings
All the buildings of the Porto Budva complex were built using modern monolithic iron technology, which is considered one of the best for durability and quality of buildings. You know that the foundation of every building is perhaps the most important part of the building itself, because the stability and safety of the entire building depends on it. Of course, our engineers are very well aware of these facts, and our construction project is piled with over 600 piles at a depth of almost 40 meters. The diaphragm of the buildings is 25 meters long, which gives our project a secure support and quality at the very beginning of construction.
The buildings are built from reinforced concrete, brick walls and top quality insulating materials.
A lot of knowledge, money and time have been invested in the security and the very foundation of the buildings, as well as in the design and interior.
This is also confirmed by the fact that the entire facade of the building is made of the famous natural Travertine granite, which is known for its quality and beauty.
Electrical conductors and plumbing are implemented inside the concrete walls before the concrete is poured.
This increased reliability and eliminated the possibility of damage during use.
The lifespan of such buildings is over 100 years!
