On the very coast of the Adriatic Sea in Uteha, 8 km. from the town of Bar, a villa with a total area of 497 m2 (gross) was built. There is a fireplace room with a large open fireplace finished in marble and granite, a white and green dining room with an oval glass table, and a large kitchen with an island, fully equipped with appliances for culinary exercises. The white dining room, with one wall (made of glass), is completely connected to the ground floor terrace, where there is a large round table, and where in the warm winter and all the time in the summer you can enjoy the sounds of the surf, you can have a pleasant time with friends and family. There, in a cozy corner, there is a soft sofa. Almost the entire terrace of the first floor is covered from the sun and rain by the canopy of the terrace of the second floor, supported on white columns. A small pool with fresh water is right there, between the pillars. Underwater lighting creates a unique effect in the evening. On the ground floor there is also a TV room, with a corner set (bedroom), and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with a view of the sea and the garden. There is a guest bathroom with a shower nearby.
A semicircular spiral staircase leads to the second floor. There is also a master bedroom with a glass wall and access to the terrace overlooking the sea. This bedroom has its own bathroom finished with travertine (a type of marble). Also from the corridor, the door leads to another bedroom, an office and a bathroom with a shower. Everything is equipped with massive Italian furniture, high quality and comfortable. In the office there is a couch that can be folded out if necessary to create a sleeping place for staying guests. If there is no need for maintenance or security personnel, then you can combine the entire house into one by adding a service (security) apartment to the level of the second floor. Then the second floor will consist of three bedrooms, an office (another bedroom), two terraces and three bathrooms.
Third floor. Going up the same stairs, you find yourself in a spacious corridor. There is a 12 foot snooker table here. It was brought from Germany by special order and mounted by a master taking into account all the subtleties of this aristocratic game. On the side there is a table with a green cloth for playing card games or solitaire. The huge room is practically a greenhouse under a semicircular roof, with columns lined with gray marble. Glass doors lead to the third floor terrace, open to the sun and stars. Here you can easily detach yourself from worldly thoughts, because the sea, and the sea itself, occupies the viewing space and there is a feeling that you are flying above this expanse of water.
Here, on the third floor, there is another bedroom with a total area of 30 m2. The bedroom has a bathroom and a wardrobe.
If necessary, the hallway on the third floor can easily be converted into another spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bathroom (there can be two large bedrooms on the second floor in total)
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, and in cold weather, the water heating installed in the floors is turned on. The water heating boiler can work on gas, electricity or pellets.
Basement and garage – parking. Under the terrace of the ground floor there is a large basement room with an additional area of about 30 m2, in which there is equipment for purifying the water in the pool, a large washing machine (two more in the house), racks for cans, hooks for fins and masks, a place for boats for inflatables, diving and ski equipment (the Kolašin ski resort is 2.5 hours away by car). Your car will be placed in an open garage under the house.
